Mike Cola

I have been in this industry for over 40 years. I am an ACSM Exercise Physiologist, a Precision Nutrition certified coach, and I have owned a gym in New York for 38 years.

I have worked with thousands of people during that time — executives, physicians, attorneys, and business owners who needed a plan that fit the life they were actually living, not the one they wished they had.

I am 63 years old and still in shape. I know what works at this stage of life because I am living it. I do not work with everyone who applies. But if you are serious about finally getting this right, I would like to talk.
